Slot Tracker, a web application developed and provided by rCloud ("we", "our", or "us").

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Slot Tracker web application ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Slot Tracker is provided to you free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. While we aim to maintain uptime and service reliability, rCloud reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify the Service at any time without notice. This includes temporary or permanent withdrawal of features, functionality, or the entire platform.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that:

• rCloud makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
• We do not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service.
• The Service may contain errors, bugs, or other issues and may not be suitable for all users.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• rCloud shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of any data you input or store using the Service.

5. User Accounts

You are required to create an account to use the features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features on Slot Tracker, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code, are the property of rCloud or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
